Tyler and I started a workout program 3 days ago (P90X).  Here is a quote from the website:

Our muscles sure feel like they’re “confused”.  I think we have Yoga X today.  This should be interesting.  In preparation for this workout, we became the proud new owners of bright blue yoga mats. I’ll be sure to post some “before” pictures of Tyler and I shortly.
